Damien s. Navarro

Managing Partner, Damien S. Navarro has served nearly two decades as a marketing / advertising executive, University professor, as well as an award-winning producer and director of motion-picture, animated, audio, live-event and digital content. He has managed a multitude of global marketing campaigns,  launched three tech start-ups, lead international teams, and has helped clients raise nearly $1BB. 

Ashley Matsui

Managing Partner,  Ashley Matsui has nearly two decades of experience in managing large inter-disciplinary teams and projects. She has managed the execution of multi-million dollar national campaigns and franchises.  Ashley is responsible for aligning operational and professional services offerings at The Institute, as well as leading all partnership and talent acquisitions. 

Jeremy Troy

VP Business Development, Jeremy Troy goes well beyond developing new relationships with clients. He is most known for crafting strategic relationships between brands, non-profits and entertainment studios for unique work. 

LORI H. SCHWARTZ

Dean of Tech, Lori works with top creative and strategic executives of multiple brands, agencies and content companies to ensure understanding of new and evolving technology as well as emerging business models.

ANGELA GYETVAN

Dean of Marketing, Angela is a consummate and powerful diagonal thinker. Constantly living on the bleeding edge of trends - and turning them into necessities - by creating brands and experiences that resonate with their audiences and markets.

ADAM KAWALEK, MD

Dean of Medicine, Dr. Adam provides The Institute with critical insights for all health, medicine and non-profit related projects.  Adam also regularly braves harsh and volatile environments with disaster relief efforts in Haiti, India, Kenya, Liberia and in Gaza during Operation: Iron Dome.

Robinne Burrell

Dean of Product, Robinne Burrell, is a mobile / VR product innovator and m-commerce strategist with over 8 years of leading engineering teams to launch award-winning, memorable products that have become household names. 

MICHAEL RAEFORD

Dean of New Ventures,  Michael has a passion for taking ideas from concept to product to funding to hyper growth.  Michael has undergone three successful startup exits spanning 15 years in online gaming and music. 

DAVID RADCLIFFE

Dean of Story, David is a writer, educator, and story strategist whose clients have included Nickelodeon, Netflix, PayPal, Intuit, Amazon Studios and Walt Disney Pictures as well as non-profits, City of Hope, The Milken Institute and the International Medical Corps.

TAMMY WHEELER

Dean of Healthcare, Tammy has more than twenty-five years of experience in healthcare and non-profit marketing and public relations. She has successfully developed multi-million dollar branding and fundraising campaigns as well as product-line marketing campaigns. 

AMBER J. Lawson

Dean of Content,  Amber J. Lawson is a top entertainment executive and seasoned producer, who oversees brand relationships, branded content development and distribution opportunities for The Institute.

ROGER MINCHEFF

Dean of Development,  Roger has helped  launched original properties, identified new business models, expanded existing franchises and brought audiences to emerging platforms through producing innovative, creative, high-value content.

KEVIN HAUSWIRTH

Dean of Communications, Kevin is a strategic communications and PR leader with deep expertise working across politics, corporate reputation, consumer activation and non-profit leadership. He leads audience activation, consumer engagements and citizen mobilization. 

JARED HAWKINS, PH.D.

Dean of Informatics, Dr. Hawkins brings digital health projects from research into implementation and enterprise.  His research focuses on using digital phenotypes for surveillance, to identify and analyze specific sub-populations over space and time.
